Frozen delivery — Greater Wellington

Your order is delivered frozen on Thursday afternoon/evening. This is our premium service for our Wellington whānau.

Overnight delivery — North Island

Your order is dispatched Thursday on an overnight NZ Post courier and arrives any time on the Friday. It may arrive partially defrosted — if it has thawed in transit but is still cold, keep it refrigerated and cook within a few days (see our FAQs on storage).

Delivery fees

Standard delivery $15 · Express delivery $25 — North Island urban addresses. Farm-shop pickup is free. Unfortunately we can’t deliver to rural addresses or the South Island just yet.

The order process

  1. 01

    Choose your cuts

Select from our range in the online shop. Place your order before 12pm Wednesday for same-week delivery — orders after that ship the following week.

  2. 02

    We pack your box

Our team assembles your box of premium frozen meat. Everything is sent frozen, packed into an insulated box with chill packs and wool insulation.

  3. 03

    Delivery or pickup

Your order is picked up Thursday morning by NZ Post (you’ll get a tracking number), or ready for free pickup at the Farm Shop. We can’t deliver to rural addresses or the South Island.

  4. 04

Enjoy — then return the packaging

Savour your meal, then flatten the box and send the packaging back to us to reuse. See Returning your packaging.
