Send back your boxes, chill packs and wool inserts so we can use them again, and again.
How it works

Save up your used packaging
We love to reuse our packaging. If your original packaging hasn’t been spoiled by meat residue, it’s fine to return — yes, that includes flattened boxes, chill packs and wool insulation.

Let us know you’re ready
Email shop@mangaroa.org to say you’re ready to send your packaging back. We’ll email you a courier sticker you can print at home and tape to your packed box. In some cases you’ll already find a return sticker in your box!
- 03
Book a pickup
Book a pickup with your local NZ Post driver and leave your box somewhere easy to find. They’ll bring it back to us so we can send your packaging another round.
Local? Drop it off
If you’re nearby, drop your packaging to our Farm Shop / Kete Kai during shop hours. Current hours, address & directions.
